We'll use existing furniture and soft furnishings, adding a few stylish accessories to enhance your property's market appeal.
We will radically improve the look of your property using our space planning, de-cluttering and styling solutions to make the most of your home. Alternatively we can provide a photo consultation service, providing detail suggestions for you to apply to your home.
Selling / Rental Appraisal
House Medic Interiors will visit your property for a 2-hour consultation to identify the key problems that may hinder the sale of your property or alternatively identify styling ideas to give your property the wow factor.
Following our consultation, an appraisal report will be complied, containing a detailed room-by-room analysis of the changes and suggestions recommended to maximize the presentation of your property.
The report will provide detailed advice on the changes required to help expedite the sale or rent of your property for its maximum value.
Sourcing Service
Whether, its flooring, curtains, rugs, furniture or pictures or maybe a few coordinating accessories, we provide a fast and cost effective sourcing service, designed to remove the anxiety and possible mistakes associated with trying to “create the look”.
We will shop and provide a customised home styling package, tailored to blend with your existing items or to transform a blank canvas. The sourcing service is flexible, designed to enhance the existing features of your property.
“Last Minute” Styling
You know what needs to be done to achieve the wow factor, the extras are bought, all you need now is to complete the picture. The “last minute” styling team will transform your property to create the look. Everything needed; furniture placement, hanging curtains, dressing; the beds, sofas, shelving and arranging the accessories and lighting for maximum effect. The final impression is created in a hassle free professional way.
